Shipping

All orders are shipped by ACS Courier. Deliveries take place daily, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m.

DELIVERY TIME

Upon completion of your order (*), shipping takes place in 1 to 3 working days for Greece and 7-10 days for Cyprus

For areas classified as “inaccessible” by the Courier, this time may vary.

In any case, we will make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible, even earlier than the prescribed time limits!

(*) For orders made by bank deposit, the payment of the money by the bank must be confirmed. This may delay the delivery of the order up to 2 working days in addition to the deposit.

SHIPPING COST

All orders with a value of 50,00€ and above are shipped with free shipping in Greece and from 100€ and above in Cyprus.

For orders with a value less than the above the charges are

  • Greece – Pick up at your place or from an ACS Store: 2,90€
  • Cyprus – Pick up at your place via ACS: 8,00€

All shipping charges include VAT.

Return Policy

Return of Products

In our effort to meet customer expectations for the products they choose from HARMONY HOMEWEAR, we offer the possibility of returning to all products, to exchange them with other products or to issue a credit for a refund.

The product return must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. In case you wish to issue a credit card, the issuance takes place within 5 days from the day of delivery to the company provided that the following Return Terms are met.

The shipping costs for the first return of a product due to a change of size or code, in order to exchange with others, are borne by HARMONY HOMEWEAR.

Please note that the return of a product due to size can be made only once at the expense of HARMONY HOMEWEAR. For any additional return, the return and shipping costs are borne by the customer. In case of return for refund purposes, the return costs are borne by the customer.

Please note that if you intend to return any product, fill in the Return Form and send it along with the returned products.

  • We reserve the right not to accept returns of products that do not comply with the Return Terms listed below.
  • In case of non-compliance with the stated terms, you may be charged with the shipping cost.

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact by email at info@harmonyhomewear.gr or phone: 210 5782172 in order to approve your return.
  2. Fill in the return form that you will find on your shipment package.
  3. Contact the Courier company cooperating with HARMONY HOMEWEAR to receive your shipment. For shipments in Greece the collaborating company is ACS.

Return Terms

The following conditions must be met in their entirety in order for the return of the order to be accepted:

  • The request for return or exchange shall not exceed 14 working days from the date of delivery on the basis of the receipt documents.
  • All returned items must be received by us in the original condition you received them, without signs of wear, soiling and suitable for resale.
  • All products must bear all the labels and accompanying tags of the manufacturer that they had at the time of purchase as well as the packaging that accompanied them.
  • When you receive the products, we recognize that they will be tested to confirm that they meet your expectations. Because some of the products come into direct contact with the skin, please always wear underwear when testing them.
  • Please make sure you include the completed return form inside the package.
  • In case the return costs are borne by HARMONY HOMEWEAR, the company cooperating with HARMONY HOMEWEAR mentioned in the return form should always be used. For shipments in Greece the collaborating company is ACS.
  • If the product and the return process meet all the above criteria, you can send the products to the company and exchange them with others, or a refund can be made.
  • In case of non-compliance with the terms, HARMONY HOMEWEAR reserves the right not to accept the return.
  • The customer always has the absolute responsibility of sending the product to the address indicated on the Return Note, as HARMONY HOMEWEAR as recipient, is unable to search for the parcel in any transporter.
  • You retain the responsibility for the returned goods to reach HARMONY HOMEWEAR, so we suggest you choose a courier service.
  • HARMONY HOMEWEAR is not responsible for goods lost on return.
